Staff were so friendly, and helpful. I checked in late and they still able to assist me for self check in. I like how they tried to make stay nice and the complimentary stuffs they gave me is like a 5 star hotels gave. The room is clean and comfortable. I will come back if ill go back to Rome

The Staff was VERY helpful. Facility is very clean, with lots of space in the room and wonderful amenities (like bottled water, fridge, shower supplies, and outlets everywhere)! Clean sheets & Great location. Would stay there in a heartbeat again!

To everyone out there, thinking of booking this hotel, please for your own sanity don't, i dont want to describe my experience in detail, but it was simply horrible, if insist in booking this property anyway, you'll find out the hard way, this place really really sucks. I just want to describe the end of my stay, this morning when i was trying to leave to go in my cruise, i was trapped inside this buildind for more than an hour, it was horrible, i felt like a prisoner, you'll have to go through 4 different gates to get to your room, and nobody is there to help you, they just send you a bunch of confusing instructions through whatsup, for each one of the doors you'll have to open all of them really confusing, any other hotel in rome is better than this one, period, if you think im exaggerating, ask them to send you those instructions before you book your room, and you'll understand exactly what im talking about. Me and my wife gave this place a name and its the hell motel.
