Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The staff was concerned whether we had eaten breakfast

Dirty, mattress was on metal slab very loud moving around

The house was clean and conveniently located. Coffee was provided. The stairs were steep to the bedrooms upstairs. I was disappointed that only a curtain separated the bedrooms. It was dark when we arrived, and it was a little difficult to know how to enter the house. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property is no longer a motel 6 and did not honor my charge.with expedia. I should get a refund from expedia

A group of us stayed at this property while I'm town for a tournament in Utica. The property was extremely clean and definitely well maintained. The owner Joel is very cool dude and very out going. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. And his communication was pretty much instant. No waiting for hours or a day for a reply. The location is on a very quiet road but still close enough to every thing you might need. We will be booking this again next year if the tournament comes back to Utica. Thank you again Joel. It was very nice to meet. We look forward to seeing you again!
