The hotel is fairly new and the staff is amazing; shout out to Nokuthula and Nontobeko, they provided impeccable service. Radisson also provide shuttle bus from and to OR Tambo Airport which makes it very convenient. I look forward to my next stay in this clean, convenient and secure place. There is also a shopping centre within a stone-throw which has a grocery store, a pharmacy, pizza place and ATMs in a very secure location.

If you are transiting through the Johannesburg Airport this is is a great option. It was directly across the street from the terminal - attached to the parking garage area. We didnt have to leave the airport although you do have to go out of security. The staff was very helpful, rooms nice and clean, restaurant has good food,

Our wifi got cut-off at 22h00,tried using the phone it didn't go through.Called directly to reception and they said someone is coming to fix until morning came. I was disappointed.
