This is the third time we have stayed here. Staff is always nice and helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the train station making connection easy. It is about a 15 minute beautiful - stopping for pictures- walk to the city center. The rooms are spotless. Unfortunately, their restaurant has closed and their bar is only open on weekends when their occupancy is high. But great value and convenience.

The breakfast bar was great. Rooms (including linens and towels) were a bit shabby, but clean. Our door didn't close/lock well; we discovered it ajar when we returned from town (presumably by housekeeping) When I mentioned it to reception, the woman at the desk was defensive and rationalized why it might have been left open. As it was a security issue, I expected an assurance that steps would be taken to insure safety going forward. I told someone else the next day as we were leaving and she was more responsive.

We thought the staff was great, the hotel was clean and very cute. The room was quiet and clean and the breakfast the next morning was great. There was a variety of meats, cheeses and vegetables. As well as breads and cereals. The only challenging thing was the parking. But, parking is a challenge anywhere in the general area. We would definitely stay there again if we are in town.

This is an older hotel. It was clean but needs an update. Very small rooms and tiny bathroom. Parking was a block away as there is almost none at the hotel. It is a 10minute-ish walk to the city walls of Rothenburg. Staff was kind and gave us all of the info we needed.

Nice hotel in a great location; across the street from the train and bus stations, as well as a supermarket. Not far from city center. My room does not have window shades to keep the early sunlight out, that is the only downside. I definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is very quaint and the hostess was very nice. The room was great we were on the third floor so going up and down the stairs was hard on my pregnant wife but once up there we had a view to one of the towers from the room. There is no ac so if it is hot during your stay that is something to consider. We had the window open all night and it was perfect temperature. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to the altstadt.
