Fabulous Rotorua

All the staff we had interactions with were fabulous, they couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly and accommodating 10/10. The establishment is well kept and modern. Plenty of parking, close to petrol station and Woolworths and food outlets. Would recommend.

Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. The fire alarm went off and everyone was professional in vacating the hotel. Everything was dealt with quickly and the fire service arrived promptly. Good to know it worked! The breakfast was good. Easy parking.

Nice place but privacy is an issue

Staff was nice. They let me check in early. Breaffast was reasonably good. However, you could not lock the room from inside. This was a serious problem. A privacy issue.

Good hotel in a great location for central Rotorua. We did not realise it was a pet friendly hotel (may have changed as we booked nearly 12 months ago) but the staff were very sympathetic and upgraded us to a family room not usually used for pets. So 100% for customer service. Would certainly recommend

We had a nice 2 night stay in a room with 2 double beds. The hotel was very basic, but clean, comfortable, and had good amenities. Complimentary parking was ideal. The continental breakfast was sufficient. It would have been better with coffee that was not instant. There are also laundry facilities. There is a grocery store just across the street and we were very close to all the activities we had planned. The staff was very helpful and kind. It was a comfortable stay.

Nice stay but a little out of the way

Lovely lay over for a few night's, the hotel was very clean and the room was very nice - my wife liked the touch of the make up face cloth 😀 Probably wouldnt stay again as did need a car to get places and the bars n restaurants around 10 min walk but lovely stay and the staff we dealt with were lovely Msybe also a hot breakfast choice and we would have eaten there

Nice clean place to stay and staff were excellent but disappointed that the air conditioning wasnt working in summertime and we weren't advised of thid at check-in. There was a sign on the air conditioner in the room only. Thry did provide a fan though.
