There was no one was there to help us with our luggage when we checked in. Front desk staff was very polite, however, we had to take our luggage to our room ourselves. Room was clean but beds were very uncomfortable and the AC didnot work. Shower water alternated between hot and cold, and the pressure was very low. The breakfast buffet was terrible and the service was nonexistent. Overall, while convenient to the airport, this experience was not worth the money! Airport shuttle was easy to find and on time.

Hotel villa Malpensa was the perfect place to stay before departing from Malpensa. Although it is very close to the airport, the room was very quiet. The room was comfortable, clean and bright. The staff was very kind, helpful and answered all of our questions. We loved the options available to us for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

The free shuttle to & from the hotel was reassuring to me, as I was traveling alone. The property was very cute. The location so near the airport was great. I arrived late and was happy to have two dinner options. I was glad to control the temperature in my room. The shower got nice & hot. The room was small but cozy & clean. I would stay again and recommend it to friends.

Hotel fine. Difficulty contacting hotel for shuttle, no walkable road so had to get taxi for 2 minute ride. Still, a quality bargain compared with nearby choices

This was my second visit and noticed the rooms were upgraded from the first stay. The only real complaint was the dining room food. On the first visit, 6 years ago, the dinner was excellent! However, this time the food was very poor in preparation and quality. Because of this, I'm afraid it would take a huge change to have me stay again.
