The staff was very courteous and willing to help us. However we were expecting a pool and an exercise room and both were under construction. Breakfast was great and the rooms comfortable enough.

We use to love to stay here. Our dogs were treated excellent as were we. The manger that they have is very immature. I called La Quinta to book but their fees were higher than on Hotels.com so I booked on Hotels.com but I did ask if dogs were still free. They said yes. So honestly I did not look at it on Hotels.con site. I show up to check in, after I already paid on Hotels.com and was told each dog was $25. My dogs weight about 4 lbs each. So since I already paid I had to pay it and then was told to speak to the manger in the morning. She was very rude and immature. She kept insisting that I booked expedia and I finally had to get my phone to show her I booked through hotels.com, not Expedia. I then showed her that on La Quintas own website it said only $25 for two dogs. I also showed her where it stated that on Hotels.com. She shrugged her shoulders and said it could not be refunded. Lie right there. She also at one point said Okie Dokie. Very unprofessional and rude. We then called corporate. They stated that it shows on Expedia that it’s $25 per dog per night. We again tried to explain that we did not book on their and to look at their own site or hotels.com. They said only Expedia mattered. So basically you have to know to look at a completely different site then you are booking on to see the real policies. I guess the rest are lies. We were on the second floor. Dirty, walls scratched up etc. Find another hotel. We will be next time.

Parking lot well lite and safe. Staff accommodated our need for bagage storage til time to check in. Hallways in the middle of updating so area dusty and cluttered. Should be nice when done.

The staff was excellent. There was a lot of work going on at the hotel, but I was in a separate area, where it was quiet. It's in disrepair because of the work now, but hopefully it will be better in the future. The room I was in was well-maintained and spacious.

Room did not look like the photos online and there was renovations being done so my room had a updated bathroom but bed was hard and room had cheap renovation done which seemed outdated still. Lu at front was very helpful and kept busy every tjme i saw her.

Would have been nice to know that the building was under remodeling. The paint smell gave you a headache. The pool was closed and I have kids so that is why we picked the hotel. Our door to our room wouldn’t even close unless we slammed it shut with all our weight. The bathroom door didn’t close either.

We only stayed one night but the hotel is right off the main road and easy to get in and out of. The La Quinta provides a quick getaway for us desert dwellers to get up to the mountains and enjoy the cool mountain air!

Dirty laundry washcloth over shower curtain. Chip crumbs on desk when we got there. Coffee in bfast bar tasted burnt. Furniture in room was worse than a flea market- desk chair upholstery split, wooden tables beaten up. Bed linens & towels thin and worn. Very disappointing experience all around.
