We were looking for a safe, pet friendly, secure parking hotel and the La Quinta checked all of these boxes. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was outdated and unclean. The rooms had mold in the bathroom, a cracked ceiling where the upstairs bath must've flooded, and stains everywhere from the bed sheets to the picture frames. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful in getting the bedding changed out. I would stay here again, but for $89 I definitely got an $89 room.

When we stay there this weekend, the room we had room 205 had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The lady that was at the front desk. She came up right away when I called her and she automatically got us another room to stay in.

Not worth it!

We checked in to our room and I immediately noticed the room was not clean. The carpet was old and dingy and was not vacuumed correctly. The bed comforter had big visible stains on it and the furniture was also old and worn out. We asked for another room and they did not have one available. We asked for a refund and they said I had to contact hotels.com for it. I immediately got in contact with someone online and they said I had to wait until they talked to the supervisor at the hotel. Both have refused to refund me the money. I even purchased insurance on this trip and nothing can be done...well so they say.

We love La Quinta for being pet friendly and making it super easy to check in with pets. Other reviews mention imperfections here and there. While they are not wrong, this hotel fits every need. Five stars all-around for that. The included breakfast is perfectly suitable. It's walking distance to Jorge's Mexican food (steak chimichanga with red and green sauce). It's a 10 minute drive to Grindstone Lake, midtown and the dog park. We'll stay here again.

Daughters bday trip

We went for my daughter’s birthday. For us was perfect location. We weren’t in the heart of the business but still close to everything. Indoor pool was greatly appreciated by the 12 year olds.

Run down and dirty!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others. First, the room was a complete disaster. The sheets had visible mystery stains, which was both off-putting and concerning. I asked for a second set of sheets at the front desk and was given even worse stained sheets! I ended up going to Walmart and purchasing new bedding to put on the bed. The bathroom was in awful condition, the toilet clogged the first use and it never was fixed during our stay! On top of that, there was mold in the corners of the bathroom, which is not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard. The fridge in the room was also covered in mold and was not usable for our stay as well. The general cleanliness of the hotel was beyond disappointing. The carpets were filthy, and the furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in years. Paint peeling on the ceiling and walls were discolored with stains. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful when we mentioned our issues. It's clear this hotel has been neglected for a long time. If you value your comfort and health, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place is in dire need of an overhaul, and it’s not worth the risk.

So dirty and A/C unit stopped working,when called downstairs lady said I'm sorry this is jus an old building.....also breakfast dirty and signs above area read "sorry for inconvenience steam table not working " not only not holding food at correct temperature is a compliance issue it's an inconvenience and more time and money to spend!!! Stay clear friends!!!

The room was big and spacious, but really really outdated! the walls have yellow stains, the doors are cracked, missing paint. The couch was falling apart, the refrigerator made so much noise, the shower head was hanging down all weird. The stay was overall "okay" but seriously would not stay there again, also staff was not friendly, very monotone. Kinda like "okay here's your key bye."

The toilets are old and dirty, need an urgent change on toilets and shower tubs. Personal is helpful and friendly. But the bathroom is the worst I seen in la Quinta hotels. Please do change the toilets
