Great location

Great location, clean, and the staff were all friendly. Its right in front of the mall, but the hotel also has a restaurant.

Hotel is out dated. Old fashion plugs, Decor , furniture Breakfast was the worst i ever had at a hotel. Limited variety, The eggs, Apple juice , muffins was finished , Needed to ask for cutlery Needed to ask for glasses for juice, cups for coffee and spoons, Not even napkins at the tabel. Staff at breakfast unfriendly and not very helpful. Ice machine broken Showers horrible- sign asked to only shower for 2 minutes but you wait 5 min for water to warm. Only 2 towels No face towel No shower carpet

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My stay was a disaster. The room was next to tne reception and dining area. room 16. The noise was unbeatable and the smell of food from the dining area. Honestly did not enjoy my stay as i could not sleep

Blood stain room

At first the room looked clean and neat, but under the corner of the bed it seemed like there was n huge blood stain, still wett. My baby and I stepped in it. I moved the bed over it to prevent stepping in it again. I spoke to one of the staff about it, who said she will ask for the cleaner to clean it.
