Overall the young lady at the front desk was very rude to my wife,the room had an odor,the tub was stained,and the room just wasn’t up to par. We wouldn’t recommend this particular Comfort Inn to anyone!!!! They definitely need to do better!!!! 😡😡

When i arrived at 1 am from driving all day , i saw cockroachs running across the floor in the lobby. Bad first impression. Once I went to the room I noticed that it smelled quite bad and could have been cleaner. In the morning i had no hot water to take a shower. Very disappointing.

This property unfortunately was not worth the cost with the torn up room, filthy and unsafe pool conditions, and poor overall cleanliness. The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay, but hard to shake the condition of the room and hotel

Our room was dirty. There were used washcloths hanging from the shower, it looked like there were feces stains in the bathtub, the fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling, the toilet paper holder was broken, the refrigerator had water all at the bottom of it, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the wall in the bedroom, and the safety lock was broken. We stated our concerns to the front desk and they didn’t seem to care and said that was our room when we asked if we had accidentally been given someone else’s room as it didn’t look clean. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there and asked my husband to put a chair in front of the door to feel safe since the one lock was broken
