Spacious room good restaurant and 9th floor bar with efficient shuttle service to Narita makes the hotel a great short stay for travelers. The only issue was that check-in was strictly not before 3pm leaving a long line of people waiting which seems unnecessary.

100% the worst pillow I have ever slept on. Not to sound like a Karen, but there were 4 pillows, all terrible, I actually ended up folding up a hoodie and sleeping on that. The aircon also didn't work, as in it would not change to the temperate we set it to (the aircon issue didn't bother me too much, but it may be useful to anyone who reads this). Otherwise the stay was fine, decent sized room, decently priced, very close (5 or 6 minute walk) to the airport. The staff were great, just shockling horrible pillows.

Not impressed. Booked a room with 3 twin beds. Got a room with 2 twin beds and a small couch. Guests also weren’t aloud to use the pool or hot tub, unless you paid extra. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind, shuttle drivers even better! A good stay if you aren’t planning on using any of the facilities or staying for very long.

Clean room and excellent service. Not a lot of amenities close by (there is a convenience store and drugstore in the hotel) but I love staying at this hotel for the ease of access to the airport and the friendly service!

Excellent hotel and very close to the airport with its own shuttle bus. Convenient to arrive late and depart early on a layover. Comfortable room inc a futon. Bar with great views and a varied menu for drinks. Swift and efficient check in and check out.
