Hotel is OK, not as good as other locations in Tokyo, a little out dated, but clean and much more spacious. However, our sleep was interrupted by other guests next door when they check in at midnight. Loud noise and even TV at 2am. I wish the front desk would have reminded those guests to be mindful due to the late hours.

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a very long shuttle service which is wonderful considering the early and late flights arrivals and departures. Other hotels state that they have airport shuttle service but I learned the hard way that one needs to reserve a seat or the service is not available due to only having one shuttle bus. The rooms are large for Japan and the staff is great.

I really love this hotel . It is big enough for 4 and very clean. Very convenient. And has a shatter to the airport. The restaurant is amazing the food is amazing.
