Overall the hotel was comfortable. Our room was small, simple and dated, but ok. The carpet could be cleaner, It showed signs of dirt track. The bathroom was clean, tidy and smelled fresh. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. There were a few shuttle drivers, who seemed annoyed when we tried asking for assistance. The food was tasty and service was wonderful at the restaurant. I usually stick to what I know and I tried all these new amazing tasty dishes. Dinner felt almost like being at an exclusive 5 star resturant, being given personalized service at our table, awesome! I was very disappointed when we went to use the pool, we were advised, we needed to pay. We have never experienced that before and we have been traveling all over the world. This was actually our 2nd trip to Japan in less than a year. So please be aware, there is a charge to use the pool and gym. They have shuttle service to the airport, mall and train station which was just wonderful!

good thing is near airport, but hotel is old. I always wanted to use their free shuttle bus to the city but i ended up using public transportation because schedule is limited . FYI, airport bus #3 go to outlet, #13 go to aeon mall, they can use IC card for payment

We only stayed one night to transfer to somewhere else. It's close to the airport and there are regular shuttles running throughout the day. Check in was fast and easy and the rooms are very large for the price, though things are a bit dated. One negative is that the convenience store is not 24 hours, and there's few options directly around the hotel. I'd stay again if I needed to catch an early flight.l though.

I really enjoyed all of the variety included in the breakfast buffet. The staff were were all very kind and professional. Very smooth and easy check-in and check-out. The free airport shuttle service was also very convenient. The room could have been a little cleaner. It was dusty around the edges, in corners and crevices. The washroom surfaces seemed clean but there was a bad smell, perhaps coming from older plumbing. The air conditioning worked and was quiet. The building is a little older, but we got a night's rest before heading into Tokyo.
