It is a convenient hotel for a layover. The transportation to and back from the hotel is efficient. Breakfast is quite nice. Hotel staff was very attentive. The room comfortable for one night layover.

Great place to stay before or after your flight, very closed to the airport, 5 min walk to terminal 3, we received free upgrade from smaller room to much bigger one, and it was very nice. Breakfast was great, however I do not recommend dinner, dinner much overpriced and barley eatable, my daughter choose vegetarian option and after 45 min of waiting she get overcooked basic vegetables without any spice, I order some noodles and was awful, paid almost $50. So if you need dinner just walk to airport there are many options. Room was semi-clean, hair around bathroom and room, the curtain partially torn off. The biggest problem for us was that room was overhead without possibility to lower temperatures.

Excellent value, close to airport with free shuttle buses to/from there and the nearby town of Narita (which has an amazing temple and a great mall). More food and drink options besides the relatively staid and expensive restaurant would make it even better. We liked the ice cream vending machine along with the pool and hot tub.

Excellent location with great ammenities within the hotel. Free shuttle bus is also available between Narita Terminal 1, 2, and 3. Shuttle bus also goes to a local mall called "Aeon" and a nearby train station by the mall. Reasonably priced hotel with very accomodating staff. We stay here all the time! Look forward to our next visit.
