Far too noisy, right off a loud highway. I asked the front desk person to put me in a room far away from the highway. She agreed but then when I went to the room they gave me, it was one room away from the highway. I responded back to them and was only given "Sorry" and not alternative. Rooms were also available. Hotel is old and not in great shape. Bright side was the Restaurant staff for breakfast was great! Also, it is a decent location as you can walk the tunnel to old sacramento...but that walk can be sketchy as there are homeless. It is very close and easy walk to the Golden 1 as well. However, I would not stay here again. Its not great nor good.

The staff was really accommodating and kind. Check in was quick and there was nothing we needed that they didn’t provide. The location is perfect for anyone attending an activity at Golden One. I’ve stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed.

Location was perfect if looking for an Old Sac experience or visiting Golden 1 Center. The parking cost was $45 which was not disclosed in the advertisement. Breakfast is not included it’s $29 per person. Overall stay was good.

The staff was pleasant, our room was large and comfortable, and other than a broken entry door requiring walking around the building, it was a good place to stay for an event. Our bathtub was dirty, with loose dirt and possibly planting material scattered in the tub. The rest of the room was nice and clean. The restaurant was closed for the evening despite an event, so the small bar was the only place available for food and drink that evening, part of the time with only a sole bartender/waitress/server. We felt bad for her being so busy and on her own for a while.

Rooms were clean. Was a little disappointed that when we checked in we were asked to pay more for parking outside than in the garage and then when I went to park outside I noticed it was all only permitted parking. I parked and went back inside and asked if I needed a special permit to park and a new person (not the same person I checked in with) said oh yes you need a pass to hang in the window. Luckily I’m intelligent enough to inquire or we could have ticketed or towed. Why wasn’t I provided the pass when I checked in? Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Wasn't happy about a $35 parking fee. Hotel lobby is nice but the rest of the other floors are tired. The room was basic. Terrible view. Full breakfast buffet mentioned. Very basic buffet..same as any 2 star motel. Was shocked to be told after i made a small plate that it was $29. Holy moly. Get this free at super 8, Comfort Inn..places at lot less expensive. No room service as listed on the very very limited bar menu. The only eating choice in the evening. And powdered creamer for the coffee in the room. Super disappointed. Hilton used to mean quality and a little better than their competition. I have a friend who managed a very important Hilton location..im sure he would be mortified to experience this location. Need refreshing. Wasn't happy about
