Bed was super comfortable. Towels and linens were clean. One day room was cleaned, second day it was not cleaned. Asked for clean towels but never got them. The room had been refurbished but poor finish workmanship. Breakfast was less than usual. Pool clean but jacuzzi was dirty. Located by freeway and in shopping center but room was quiet. Felt safe. Very convenient location for our needs (Softball) Overall about a 6, but a good cleaning and a little fixing-up would make this a 7+

The check in staff sent us clear around the other side of the property to park and take the stairs to our 3rd floor room. He never mentioned an elevator or the stairway near to our room which we discovered on our own. 8:30 in the evening and pool guests were blaring their music that the whole complex was forced to listen to.
