So.so stay

Rhe check in/staff was great. Unfortunately, the bed is so uncomforable. I normally love La Quina but this one was so so. Its very old but uodated in the room. Entrances are outside rather than inside hallways. There is a very busy In an Out in front and a few homeless people hanging around and the noise from the freeway can be heard. Not the vest one for sure!

People were up all night yelling and screaming. It was hard to tell if it was coming from the guests at the hotel or outside the property. The room smelled like cigarettes.

I was pleased with my room, very quiet, comfortable. I loved the black out blinds. The bed was very high however, seems every room I've had lately the bed gets higher and higher. For some this is bad, my mother wouldn't have been able to hop up on this one, luckily it was just me this time.

I am disabled and have a service dog. I called week prior to request a bottom floor room. Was told no problem.. On arrival I was told no bottom floor rooms, but had one on 2nd floor, and there was an elevator. This room was as far from the elevator as you could get. Right next door to an In and Out Burger>. VERY NOISY all night. Last night of stay room down hill was used by some very loud young people. When I stuck my head out the door at 12:30 AM, and asked to quiet down a bit, their response was F…Y..!!. They were also smiling in a non-smoking facility. I was going to call front desk @ 1:30AM, but feared for my safety if I did so. We will not ever use La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Sacramento North again.
