The rooms were clean and comfortable however the hallways were taken over fans. I’m assuming there was some sort of water damage which made our stay questionable. Also, there was 1 working elevator. Which wouldn’t be a problem if we weren’t on the 6th floor.

When i got to the hotel to check in i was told to come back in an hour because my room wasn’t ready even though i booked the trip 7 days before my stay. Came back and was able to get in my room .. elevator was terrible the hall floor where my room was located was very hot, i guess it was carpet cleaning day .. loud carpet dryer machine in the hall. My room was clean i will say the least .. but there was hair in my bed .. and hand marks on the wall. Thanks for the stay but won’t be coming back.

Check-in, room cleanliness, parking, etc was excellent. We decided to eat at the hotel for a quick bite early evening. unfortunately, the service was really slow and we were the only ones in the bar area. The person that took our order indicted multiple times they were not a restaurant and it would take time to get our food out because their grill was cold. I ordered a beer and waited 20 minutes to get it. The food was ok but it was 30 minutes before we were served. I really like this hotel and always have had good service experience. Don’t know what happened this Friday. I feel the person was slow to respond to us considering we were the only guests. Almost felt like we put her out when we ordered the food.

We came here to visit my daughter in college, and I brought my younger girls with me and my husband. It was an excellent stay in very welcoming. I also felt that my service dog was very welcomed as well.

Charging 14$ per day for parking is a ripoff Do you expect me to uber there? From Connecticut? Hotel looks nicer from the outside and pictures however inside lack of cleanliness and the age of the hotel leaves more to be desired considering its a 3 star hotel
