We stayed 2 nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday. 1) Our WiFi Code given didn't work, we verified twice what the code was w/ the front desk but it still didn't work, so unable to use any internet. 2) Our TV Remote didn't work. 3) There was no dial tone on our phone, when we spoke to the front desk about the phone not working they just said, "yeah it's not working in that room" but was not offered a room with a working phone. 4) The fire alarm went off at 2:30am several times and everyone on the 5th floor were standing out in the hall way in the middle of the night and others said their phone wasn't working either. 5) We were locked out twice of our room due to key not working and had to go down to get the key to work again. 6) We were charged an additional $46.75 at 4:30am. We already paid all the fees for the hotel prior to arriving and were also charged the standard 100.00 hotel deposit. When I asked why we were charged an additional 46.74 on our 1st night there they had no idea who charged us the additional fee.

Phone did not work, vanity sink water fixture loose, small toilet seat on elongated toilet, 2 false fire alarms and evacuations first night. Inop phone during fire alarm is probably a fire violation, Won’t be back.

My rooms TV was bent over broke so I asked for a new room and got it the rooms don't block noise out very well got up at 130 to let my dog out and there was a person laying on the floor charging their phone I doubt he was a guest the free breakfast was a joke there was basically waffles some yogerts no fruit or bagels they did not replace the the sausages or eggs and they were cold deffintly a 2 star hotel

The room was very clean. The area was quiet and easily accessible off the freeway.The breakfast options were good and we appreciated the convenience of the snack bar area as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
