My boyfriend and I have stayed here in the past with no problems, however, when we stayed this time around, the hotel seemed to be completely booked. Because of this, there was no available hot water majority of our stay. When there was hot water, it would randomly go from cold to boiling while taking a shower, and I ended up burning myself. Not the staff’s fault but we will not be coming back.

Other than that huge food mess in one of the elevators and the water leaking out of the ceiling, it was very comfortable and the room was nice. The shower water took forever to heat up and only was hot for like 2 minutes but it was just for a lay over night and it worked. For the price we payed really can’t complain too much, if we needed to we would book again.

The lobby was clean and smelled fresh. Got to the 3rd floor it smelled and the doors looked like someone tried to break open. The bathtub stopper was stuck causing the water to stop running thru. Maintenance came and removed stopper. So no soaking bath. Pets are allowed here, unfortunately when my son went to get ice, a big dog with owner in the hall started barking at him. Maybe you should only allow small dogs or keep people with pets on the same floor. I think the floor smelled because of the dogs. :(

Room smelled like terrible BO, there was blood or poop smeared on a closet door, holes in the wall, furniture dirty and damaged, shower had mold, caulking around toilet was dirty, there was trash everywhere outside of hotel by entry door. Absolutely disgusting.

The front desk took 30 min to arrive and he didn't even bother to say sorry. Richard's pettiness is astonishing. Great introduction to the hotel. No hotwater, the room smelled to smoke, people were screaming on the hallways. Outside looked guetto and unsafe. Expedia how you dare to share this place?

This property had a great location right off the freeway what appeared to be a very safe and clean area of Rancho Cordova. Unfortunately, my room was filthy. I had some foreign substance on my curtains that I let the front desk know so I wasn't charged on deposit unfortunately, doing my two day stay it wasn't even cleaned. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly hotel just needs a deep cleaning hotel.

this is my 5th stay at the La Quinta Rancho Cordova.....Overall the staff is great. Room is clean and comfortable. . Before 5pm the wi Fi slowed way down, this I knew about. So went to dinner..Wanted to check the news at 7pm a total no go, desk said unplug and replug ok, still a waste, sorry about that. Bath products for Dove are great.. Will I stay here again yes, it is way better than a few of the others

I rented for 3 nights. On the day of arrival, I provided a credit card for a $100 deposit (standard). I did not like that I had a strange deposits of $87.15 the next day and another strange deposit of $80.30 the following day all of which at the end were removed. Additionally my key card was deactivated each day. I can’t help but feel something shady/sketchy was going on. The front staff apologized but they wouldn’t explain why those two amounts appeared. I’m hoping they’re not using my card for other people’s deposits who are paying cash.

Ethically pleasing on the outside. The television didn’t work. Weed smells permeated every morning and evening for a nonsmoking hotel. Staff gave lip service and never followed up on request. Hot water was inconsistent. Both ways you turn the faucet water was cold. Ceiling needed patching. Itcwas close to my sisters nursing home but I won’t stay there again.

We liked our second room, since our first option of a room smelled like dog urine. Staff, Jay, was accommodating right away and we were given a room. That was excellent in every way. Breakfast was OK. We stayed here for three nights to be close to family. We would stay here again, but I recommend seeing your room before you move all your luggage in.
