It’s what we expected. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Room service was great. I ask for a couple of things thru my three nights stay the staff was on task with the request. Great services.

Limited parking, location is in a shopping center, dated paint and furniture. First room we got in was hot, stuffy, and smelled of smoke (was non-smoking). Front Desk was nice and changed rooms no problem. Second room better but still dated. Good news was the bed and pillows were comfortable. The provided fan helped keep room cool since the bed is in its own room. Online pics really glam up the property. Pics are not all of the Folsum property, they use other "Larkspur landing" pics from other properties.
