I lovvved this place and the staff is super amicable From my check in to check out both friend desk ladies very nice and accommodating I have stayed at Natoma Inn and I prefer this hotel by far. Will definitely come back soon.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and we could hear the people above us opening their room door and walking or seemed like stomping around in their room late at night. The TV was positioned in an awkward spot by the side of the bed instead of right in front as they usually are in hotel rooms we’ve stayed in before, we had to lay on our side to watch. The mattress was not very comfortable but the pillows made up for it. I will say that having coffee 24/7 in the lobby was GREAT and the breakfast options were very good for a quick morning bite before your outing.

Staff was extremely helpful & accommodating. Property & rooms were clean. Always full lemon water & cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Shower dripped water & wouldn't stop but with the door closed the noise wasn't unbearable.

The most WONDERFUL stay ever for the best price EVER. Kids and dogs friendly. We checked in 2 hours early and checked out 30 mins late, no charge no fuss, unless most places. It smells nice, surprisingly the room kitchen was fully equipped with a tiny dish washer, the staff look truly happy and are super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the guest service was superb. The breakfast was amazing loaded with snacks and goodies served so conveniently. There are shops and restaurants that are walking distance and parking is super convenient, if we ever come back to Folsom, this will always be our temporary home sweet home. Whoever manages the place deserves a raise. They thought everything thru. Thank you so much!

The Truth about this property!

1) Service was great, really like the staff they are very helpful and attentive. 2) Parking was good close to the property. 3) Property Location was good quiet side of town. Restaurants/coffee walking distance. 4) Property was run down, needs a refresh ASAP! 5) Don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper. I could hear my neighbor SNORING ALL NIGHT, let me reiterate the whole night. Also dogs parking, watering running, coughing you get the idea. Unfortunately I really wanted to like Larkspur Landing but this is not the case. My background is in Event/Business management so 👎 from a professional.
