It didn't exist and was closed for that last year... If I have been charged I will be even more unhappy. Ebookers would not let me cancel because I spent 97 minutes in Kafkaesque circle where I couldn't cancel till ebookers discussed my cancilation with the hotel. This never happened because the hotel didn't exist. Fair to say I would not recommend ebookers to anybody.

Good budget hotel close to the beach

Good hotel with friendly staff close to the beach and a short bus ride into Sete. We stayed there during the St Louis Festival and it was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the town.

Not so nice

Reception opening hours were changed without notice so reception was closed when I arrived. TV wasn't working. Blackout curtains only covered part of the window. Whole place needs some TLC.

Fairly basic hotel, supposedly with a restaurant which was not open on the night we stayed. No one available on arrival so had to phone number on door to get access. Didn't take breakfast so can't comment.

great location close to beach

we had a very pleasant stay here. hotal staff were helpful. nice swimming pool only complaint is hotel in desparate need of modernisarion. i.e paint pealing in rooms and lift , rust in bathroom. no fridge and no restaurant or bar. so condition inside not great but outside much better and pool is lovely. The place just needs some TLC. . location is great.

INCREDIBLE !!.

I have received the confirmation. but when I arrived to hotel around 1am, it was closed. I called to receptioniere but she said that our booking was not confirmed by the error. INCREDIBLE !!. Next day I tried to call hotel, but he don't want to explain.. You can imagine this situation?

Horrible, old hotel

When we arrived the staff had no idea we had made a booking - they do not have a computer system to record bookings. The room we were placed in had a large stain beside the bed, so we asked to move to another room. This new room smelt damp and we later found out that the shower leaked into the carpet. There was also a large gap in the wall where the building of the bathroom hadn't been completed. All the facilities were old and the hotel is not staffed most hours during the day.

Je ne recommande pas. Ce n est l hĂŽtel les tritons de sete mais l hĂŽtel fasthotel mauguio Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de Montpellier oĂč on a Ă©tĂ© reloger Ă  notre plus grand dĂ©sespoir.

tt a commencer Ă  l'arrivĂ©e ou nous devions prendre la chambre a partir de 15h. le patron n'Ă©tait pas lĂ  et nous avons du attendre presque 1 heure, mĂȘme si un membre du personnel Ă©tait adorable en nous offrant des rafraĂźchissements. Il ne s'est mĂȘme pas excusĂ©. la chambre Ă©tait propre mais tt est Ă  refaire...robinetterie, Ă©tanchĂ©itĂ© des murs, baignoire trĂšs sale et vĂ©tuste, pas d'endroit pour poser ses affaires, il faut rĂ©clamer serviettes et tapis de douche. le 2Ăšme jour nous avons eu la surprise de ne pas avoir de petit dĂ©jeuner pour des raisons techniques...de nouveau pas de mot convivial du patron qui Ă©tait fuyant.. il y avait de nombreux travaux intĂ©rieurs et nettoyage extĂ©rieur (karcher pendant 3 heures qd on veut se reposer ce n'est pas l'idĂ©al)...seul point positif le parking Ă©tait gratuit et le matelas confortable mĂȘme si les deux petits matelas accolĂ©s n'Ă©taient pas au mĂȘme niveau. je leur souhaite nĂ©anmoins d'Ă©voluer positivement

MĂȘme si l’hĂŽtel est proche de la mer, il n’est Pas entretenu correctement : piscine non nettoyĂ©e quotidiennement, des lampes de chevet qui ne fonctionnent pas, lavabo et douche qui s’ecoulent Doucement. Quelques chambres sont climatisĂ©es. Ascenseur fonctionne mais semble ĂȘtre en travaux. Je ne parle pas de certaines salles de bain sans porte serviettes Ne pas y prendre son petit dĂ©jeuner Ambiance Ă  revoir d’urgence

Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Toutefois, en ce qui concerne les chambres, je pense qu'un petit rafraßchissement ne serait pas du luxe... Peinture, modernisation des salles de bain (baignoire sabot trÚs haute. Pas évident à enjamber pour les enfants et les personnes ùgées), Des serviettes seraient les bien venues pour le petit déjeuné par exemple...

HÎtel proche de la plage aux prestations médiocres

ArrivĂ©s en dĂ©but de soirĂ©e dans un Ă©tablissement sans personnel entre 15 h et 8 h le lendemain (contact tĂ©lĂ©phonique uniquement) pour une seule nuit d'Ă©tape. Parking gratuit essentiellement sur l'arriĂšre du bĂątiment. Ascenseur opĂ©rationnel mais dĂ©labrĂ©. Sanitaires du RdC en Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral et de propretĂ© mauvais. Éclairage du couloir incomplet : nombreuses ampoules HS. Chambre spacieuse avec petit hall d'entrĂ©e, wc et salle de bain (baignoire) sĂ©parĂ©s. Mais trĂšs gros problĂšme : Absence dans cette partie de l'hĂŽtel (cĂŽtĂ© parking) de climatisation ! La fournaise une nuit d'Ă©tĂ© ! Le site internet de l'hĂŽtel "oublie" de mentionner ce "dĂ©tail" d'importance. Par contre, il y a le chauffage central dans la chambre (non testĂ© en cette nuit du 29 au 30 juin...). Mobilier de la chambre complet mais un des deux plateaux pour poser ses affaires a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©coupĂ© "Ă  l'arrache" pour le radiateur mural. Par contre, rien Ă  redire sur la literie, la propretĂ© du linge et les nĂ©cessaires de toilette (un petit savon, un shampooing et un gobelet plastique par personne). En resumĂ©, Ă©tablissement ancien dont les Ă©quipements (climatisation absente) et l'entretien laissent largement Ă  dĂ©sirer. Nous n'avons pas testĂ© le petit dĂ©jeuner (pris au cafĂ© restaurant Ă  moins de 10 mn Ă  pied). Mais Ă  51,30 € la nuit en chambre double sans petit dĂ©jeuner, Ă  SĂšte, il paraĂźt peut-ĂȘtre difficile de faire mieux. Si vous optez pour l'hĂŽtel, exigez une chambre climatisĂ©e.
