Yes the room was spotless. Had a noise issue with the room next to us. Went to reception and the gentleman came down to our room. Went next door and resolved the issue courteously and politely and efficiently. Bravo young man! You made the difference between an average rating to an excellent one. City centre, parking options. Would recommend as a great place to stay in Geneva

Hotel room and around was okay, the only issue I had was the shuttle to the airport which is the main reason I stayed at this place. They do run every 10 min, but there are 3 hotels using the same van. Definitely not enough, people also gets very aggressive trying to get in first. The van driver was really nice though dealing with all the craziness from people. Other than that this hotel is a good option to stay near the airport.
