Nice hotel in a beautiful setting but service left much to be desired. Room was not made up despite having sign on door and when asked for service, was told I could just take what I need and carry it myself. My biggest concern though is the lack of security and unauthorized use of the credit card on file. My traveling partner arrived after me and asked the front desk for a key, not having seen my message advising I had her key. The front desk gave her a key to my room AND charged me 30$ for it, all completely without my knowledge or authorization. Good thing she was my friend and not someone wishing me harm! I reached out to the front desk for resolution but after 30 minutes of denying this had even happened, I was asked to come back for a supervisor but there never seemed to be one around. Really soured the experience in what could have been a perfectly enjoyable weekend.

The property was fabulous. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant for dinner was fantastic. Food was delicious and just what I was looking for. I was sorry I did not stay there the whole 3 days that I was in La Malbaie. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you for a great stay,

We were pleased with the very large room along with the beautiful view of The St Lawrence River. The outside hot tubs were an added bonus! The kitchen in the suite had everything we required! We easily walked to the Casino for a meal and some fun! Staff were attentive!

We paid around $400 for a hotel room that accommodated two people, but unfortunately, breakfast was not included. The room was cleaned, and although there was an exit close to our room, unfortunately, it was closed, making it harder for us to get our stuff to the car in the parking lot. All in all, it was a nice stay, though! 😊

Great location to explore La Malbaie! We enjoyed having a full kitchen in each room which is a unique feature in hotels The complex is quite big so if you are in the pavilion you will need to drive or shuttle to the main building.

The worse experience I’ve had in a long time. The check in process was a disaster to say the least. The beds are super uncomfortable and what to say about the pillows. They were a pillow of shredded foam that you just can’t find any comfort to fall asleep. At the rate they charge I would think could afford to make a few upgrades.
