Room was nice and bed comfortable. Hot water to take shower took at least 10 minutes to get warm water. Returned to room in evening and no housekeepers had refreshed the room. Had to go to front desk and order towels, water and coffee. When I complained about lack housekeeping the clerk asked it I requested it. I said no I didn’t know I needed to. He told me they only service the rooms every 3 days. There was nothing posted in the room. How would I have known that? They did bring the needed supplies in 1 hour. There was mold in shower between tiles. Shower door was “sprung” so the water went all over the floor. Casino was clean but not a winning place.

My stay was excellent! The room was spotless, smelling fresh, and everything felt newly cleaned. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The casino area was lively but the rooms stayed quiet, which I loved. Super comfortable bed, great AC, and the whole place felt safe and well-kept. I’d definitely stay here again; I actually think we are planning to come back this week to spend Thanksgiving with you guys!
