The hotel and room was great! Very clean, spacious, comfortable bed, and awesome shower with nice shower seat. Our main complaint was staff friendliness on the casino floor. There were a few very friendly staff members but the majority of them weren’t and acted bothered when asked simple questions and not very helpful. No self serve drink stations available so you have to wait on someone to come around and ask if you’d like drink. You can also order drinks from the panel on your machine but plan on staying at that machine for at least 30 minutes before you get your drink. I would give the hotel part and rooms 5 stars

The room was really nice. The staff were friendly. The rates were reasonable except for the surprise “resort fee” that seems like a scam. Additionally, hotel guests should have their own parking section that is secured. You force your guests to leave licensed firearms in their vehicle, which is not safe.

Parking is free and easy to access through the hotel. Rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. There are a few food options available at different price points. Staff is professional and polite. The only downside is that the casino floor allows smoking so there is a heavy cigarette smell throughout.
