La salle de bain est vieille et le bain est dégoûtant La plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas et personne n’est venu après 2 demandes Ils ont rénové la réception mais les chambres sont désuètes et le service est médiocre Je vais régulièrement dans cette région et c’est le pire hôtel que j’ai fait. J’au dut repousser ma date la journée même parce que mon enfant c’était blessé à l’école. Il voulait me faire payer le séjour au complet comme pénalité et me charger les frais des nouvelles dates. J’aurais compris une journée de pénalité mais pas toutes les journées en plus que je voulais rester à cette hôtel et que je demandais seulement un changement de dates. Donc en résumé, toutes annulations en cas de force majeure vous sera chargé si ce n’est pas fait 48 heures avant!
