We had a great stay here, the staff was friendly and helpful and prompt if we needed anything. Great location and didn't take long to get to our destinations. Loved the pool area, but wasn't expecting a cold water whirlpool, would have preferred it to be warm like the other one. Our room was big and very clean, very nice jet tub too! The hotel was very up to date except for the hallways, they need an update. Other than that, would highly recommend!

It needs some major Reno’s. I heard to not let the outside fool us, but the outside was way nicer than the inside. The pool was originally why we booked. Weird set up- Boston pizza was basically in the same area as the pool, so people are eating and watching you swim
 there was also hotel rooms with “balconies” over looking the pool
 so strange. Also- the pool was filthy. The hot tubs were cloudy and murky. The room was atrocious. Run.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© deux nuits dans cet hĂŽtel pour une compĂ©tition Ă  l’UniversitĂ© Laval, et ce fut une vĂ©ritable dĂ©ception. Certes, l’emplacement est idĂ©al, mais l’expĂ©rience hĂŽteliĂšre frĂŽle le cauchemar. Cet ancien motel, grossiĂšrement rebaptisĂ© "hĂŽtel", offre des chambres aussi bien insonorisĂ©es qu’une porte de grange. L’accĂšs Ă  la piscine et au Boston Pizza pourrait ĂȘtre un atout, mais sans aucun raffinement. Quant aux lits, ils n’ont mĂȘme pas de protĂšge-matelas, un dĂ©tail pourtant Ă©lĂ©mentaire. Le plafond en stucco nous rappelle tristement les choix douteux des annĂ©es 70, tĂ©moignant du manque d’effort dans la rĂ©novation. Et pour couronner le tout, le prix est scandaleusement plus Ă©levĂ© que celui des autres hĂŽtels du secteur. Si vous assistez Ă  un Ă©vĂ©nement universitaire, passez votre chemin – cet endroit ne vaut absolument pas le dĂ©tour.

Location is great but building safety and room cleanliness isn’t. The first floor entrance door is always open without anyone supervising or keeping an eye on who can go in and out of the hotel. In hind sight, it was a major safety hazard as who knows if some psycho decides to come into the hotel and starts causing harm to guests! Room isn’t very clean, we had a connecting room and the doorway in the middle was very dirty. There are also not enough storage space in bathroom to put our toiletries bags or hang our clothes/bath towels if we are more than 1 person. The hallways to the rooms always has a weird smell, kind of old mouldy food gone bad smell
.or BO. The swimming pool looks nice but not practical, very small and gets easily crowded. The steps in the pool are also very annoyingly designed, we either keep missing the step or hitting our toes against it.

In walking distance, the property is surrounded by many variety of restaurants. It's very convenient, however the property is not that secure, I feel anybody can just walks in the property and just break into the rooms to steal something. The hotel is a bit old, the toilet size is for children, too small for adult. The shower head and hot tub water is weak...takes sometimes to fully finish a shower.

No breakfast. Hotel was fairly dirty. Sink wouldn't drain, toilet wouldn't stop running. No sound proof rooms, the downstairs is worse than the upstairs. The hot tub was not hot. It was room temperature.

Excellent rapport qualitĂ© prix, plein d'Ă©nergie d'hier et la saison d'Ă©tudiants et c'est clair que les services disponibles le rend une destination toute l'annĂ©e, inclus une vraie luxe en Ă©tĂ© et la basse saison universitaire.
