Appreciated the free on site parking and Boston Pizza attached to the hotel. Although updated, room finishings were a bit shabby. To my expectation given the price point. Metro, Dollarama and food court options within short walk.

We chose this place because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was... well.. the tub part is accurate. The water was luke warm at best and the jets didn't work at all. There were two saunas, one was not working at all and the other was slightly warmer than room temp. The rooms were okay, some dirt and grime around the corners. The tub in the room had jets but took almost an hour to fill up as the water came out at a slow trickle. The air conditioner was a window unit inserted into the wall and it made a terrible noise that made sleeping with it on impossible. The food at Boston Pizza which is attached was terrible. I know that's not the hotel's fault but wanted to warn people. They did have a decent beer selection and lots of TVs so it's not a bad place to go for a drink but dine elsewhere. The only ice machine I could find that worked was on the third floor. Okay so to not sound so negative, the staff was friendly and responsive and the location was good and parking was ample. Not the worst place I've been but I'll look elsewhere if I ever return to Quebec.

Unfortunately the first room suggested was bad, go see your room before entering. Second room 3rd floor was better. The spa jets aren't working, dirty water. Seems nice but this place needs a lot of love to fix the place up and get it running properly . It was once probably a great getaway.
