I was disappointed with my recent stay. The bedsheets, duvet cover, pillows, and towels all had an unpleasant odor, suggesting they’ve been used far too long without proper replacement. The artwork in the room was abstract and placed very close to the bed — unsettling to see when you open your eyes at night. Additionally, the curtains on the ground floor do not fully block the windows, raising concerns about privacy. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve these aspects for future guests.

L’hôtel est vraiment propre et bien situé. Toutefois, la piscine est minuscule! Les enfants auraient aimé y aller, mais c’était impossible. Aussi, nous avions demandé d’avoir le service de nettoyage de la chambre car nous restions deux jours et ils ne sont pas venus. En plus, lorsque j’ai appelé pour voir des serviettes propres, j’ai dû aller les chercher moi-même. Il y avait une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, nous l’avons bu et ils l’ont déduit de notre dépôt même si notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyer. Je ne sais pas si j’y retournerais.

Ça débute mal

Le début de notre séjour à malheureusement été très chaotique, malgré avoir téléphoné en matinée afin de confirmer notre arrivée tardive. Le montant avait d’ailleurs déjà été autorisé sur ma carte, alors on nous attendait. Premièrement, une entrée dans une chambre déjà occupé, vers 23h30. Heureusement pour les occupants le loquet intérieur avait été actionné. Imaginez nos réactions jusqu’à ce qu’on réalise ce qui se passe. Inconcevable. Puis, on retourne à la réception pour se faire dire qu’il ne resterait possiblement plus de chambre de disponible. On patiente plusieurs minutes, le réceptionniste dans tous ses états, pour enfin trouver une chambre. Alarmant. Bref, malgré les excuses, nous jugeons que c’est une expérience client TIMES inacceptable.
