Soap dispenser in shower was empty and asked for it to be refilled but wasn’t during the stay.. and the shower mould wasn’t great either. Extremely loud guests in rooms close by at late hours of the night.. not enough pillows on bed

Friendly and great service from reception to cleaner. Perfect accommodation for a weekend away. Convenient and close to cafes and restaurants, supermarket around the corner, 5min walk to Comm stadium and public transport. Will be back again 🙂

Staff were very accommodating. I requested an early check in and this was met. Only downside of my stay is the facilities at the hotel. Pool was dirty, spa not working and generally, the hotel was run down and in need of repairs.

Our door to the bathroom wouldnt close. The shower floods outside of the bath and on to the floor near the toilet. The air-conditioning works better outside of the room then inside. The pool is so dated and has pieces falling off and the spa is out of order. Places well for dining options and the football stadium but very much in need of an upgrade

Most disgusting bathrooms ever.

The worst bathrooms in any hotel that I have ever been in, you would think with all the money they make, bathrooms would be upgraded. Showering in a slippery bathtub is not up to standards of even the worse hotels. Bed was ok.
