The apartment was as advertised and what we expected and enjoyable unfortunately the check in was horrendous and left a bad taste. The owner had contacted me earlier in the week with a number to organise check in. This seemed ok and we were told somebody would be meeting us with the key. This never happened both the owner and the person whose number we were given were now uncontactable and we were stuck without accommodation. This was despite numerous locals trying to help us. Eventually someone renting the flat next door told us to go to a certain place and ask for help which I did luckily a very helpful guy helped me and I was told the cleaner was coming to let us in. Still no sign of said cleaner, a couple turned up though who had been incorrectly given our key. So 2.5 hours after arriving at the apartment we got in. This was now close to midnight. Departure was no better we were told the "mystical" cleaner would be there at 12 to take the key, but again no sign, in the end we were told to just leave the key in the apartment.
