Worse night of sleep

The hotel is very clean, from outside to the hallways, ice machine, breakfast area and rooms. The staff is friendly. The problem is the air conditioning in a double queen room. It doesn’t cool the room to the sofa bed. The ac unit a foot away from the bed, very loud, the air blows onto the feet of the people sleeping in the bed. Tried to open window since night air is cool but highway noise kept me from keeping it open.

The room was humid and warm, but a/c was available. The breakfast was mediocre. It would be nice to have a room with a recliner. The parking lot is dark, and cars are not identified as being those of the guests. Not sure if security patrols the parking lot or not.
