Centrally located. Well maintained. All the staff is focussing more on casino. You get service there. But in hotel lobby there are no places to sit for people who may so much for rooms. Rooms do not give you drinking water, Coffee supplies. Again, why do we pay so much then ? When asked over phone I was told 'You need to purchase water , coffee'

We had a great stay at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino! The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The pool was a blast—good music, fun energy, and just an all-around good time. What an awesome place to stay in Vegas! Great pools and pool area. Right on the strip and convenient walking distance everywhere around.

During check in the staff was so rude. The room we were out in sounded like a train was going by constantly which we think may have been the elevators. It could have also been cleaner.

The self check in process is terrible and impersonal. There is no one to help troubleshoot in the event you encounter problems like we did. The printer jammed, luckily i was able to fish out a piece of the paper that listed the room number. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. More so than other properties on the strip. We were offered an upgrade to a king patio suite, but it did not specify at all that the room would be adjacent to the party pool, which was extremely loud. Not a good room for a family with a toddler! We unfortunately had to trudge back into the SUPER LONG check in line to speak with a human. The gal was sweet and switched us to a regular room. The additional fees for the pool are outrageous. All in all we will not be staying on the property ever again. Thanks.
