Disgusting!!! Worst stay ever

This was a quick stop for my family as we were passing through while traveling. We knew it was just somewhere to sleep. First, upon online check in, I was offered king size upgrade, which I paid the difference and requested. Unfortunately, I never received the upgrade, instead I received a disgusting room where the shower floor was cracked and the didn’t drain. The walls and floors were filthy. There was a terrible sewer smell inside the room. We were disgusted to touch anything. The chairs were stained. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Worst stay we’ve ever experienced!

Analog television?!

My room's television was analog, not HD. The image was terrible. I didn't know they still made analog TV's! Lower end HD televisions became quite inexpensive at least five years ago, even for large ones. There's really no excuse not to provide guests with this.

There was no elevator so that brining item from the upper floor was difficult. Bedding was worn out. The mattress was not comfortable. The shower was stained on the floor didnt seem clean. The included breakfast had no options. The lamp made weird electrical sounds from were you plug in USB for charging your device. Will not stay there again.
