The breakfast was ok but should have been included in the expensive room price. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable. The room faced out towards a nightclub that bumped bass until 3am and then the patrons spilled into the street and were loud af until 4am. Getting to the room was a nightmare as the interior is a maze and I took a wrong turn almost every time I came in or out. The bartender did not know how to make an old fashioned. I was unable to leave my luggage behind for 2 hours while I toured the cathedral, which cost me an additional £13 for storage at a other location. Thos place boasts about it's vibrant history but out of the 13 hotels I have stayed in on this trip, it was hands down the worst one. Will not return.

Stayed here for a second time and highly disappointed with the room. Very small. Opposite a nightclub with no double glazing so very loud till around 3am. Twin beds for a married couple. Bathroom very tight and not able to use the shower in the bath

Friendly and efficient staff. Quite small but clean room. An old building, so some uneven and squeaky floors, but that’s to be expected. Slightly inconvenient to have to nominate a breakfast time.

I had a very solid stay here. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and my single room was spotless and comfortable. The windows have excellent soundproofing; while I can't confirm if it muffles the weekend noise from the nightclub across the road, it was quiet during my weeknight stay. All this for £52 per night is a great value.

The service was friendly, but unfortunately our room was very musty and you could see this as damp near the window. Internal bathroom with no way of opening external windows and maybe little surprise, but not a nice way to walk into a room. The room we had was on the road, which is fine, until you realise at 1am there is a nightclub opposite the window and at 3.30am when everyone piles out onto the street, meant a very poor nights sleep.

Our superior room was very clean and spacious and all staff were very pleasant. Overall the hotel was very well presented and we will be happy to return. On the down side the shower over the bath needs to be updated and the bathroom needed more shelving with only 1 shower gel.

Good location for exploring Salisbury. Parking was a great bonus for the location. Staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the staff doing breakfast. Breakfast was fresh with a great selection. Our room was clean and well stocked.
