had a room at motel 6,it was scary so we looked for a different option. thankfully this hotel had some openings. we came to tacoma for thunderdome so most hotels were fully booked. this hotel was so nice. so glad we switched. amazing staff. amazing room. did pay for a mountain view room and did not get a mountain view room.

The girl that helped me check in and out was great! The woman working overnight, not so much. She was moving slow and not courteous not attentive, she didn’t know how to use the computer, it seemed. And I was pretty sad that y’all ran out of water bottles. I was surprised that the furniture was dirty and the room was lower quality than the photos suggested.

The room was great, spacious, clean, loved that the windows open (even if it's just a little). The bed was very comfortable, pillows too. The hotel itself is amazing, the glass art, decor, bar. Easy parking, great location. Highly recommend.

The room had several issues: many broken blinds, a leaking ceiling in the bathroom (which I didn’t report to the front desk), and a non-working safe. I notified staff about the safe and they resolved it promptly. The location was convenient and good.
