Pros: staff was amazing, from the booking assistant to the staff of the ground, you could not ask for nicer more professional service. room was spacious with beautiful balcony view, and an extra fold out chair if you choose to sleep outside. The most beautiful beach I've ever been to and.clean pools and water rides included. Room service was also prompt if you choose to eat in, though a paper menu would be helpful. For the price of meals, the buffet is the best deal for delicious food. Fun and various family activities. Cons: for the price being paid, I would expect better rooms and layouts. Our Keurig machine did not work, and even if it did, the mugs were too large for the machine. Phones worked sporadically or not at all and was difficult to connect to the front desk. Outlets were not near the bed and on the last day our toilet stopped working. The restaurants are hit or miss and you should book early or you could find yourself eating dinner at 9pm.For some reason the bathroom had a TV and corded phone, but what is really needed are more hooks on the walls for bathing suits and towels

Best vacation I’ve been on

The service was very good as the staff are generally friendly and helpful. I had much better staff interactions here than at any other resort I’ve been to. I was at Atlantis for 6 days and was still finding new things to do by the end of the trip. We lounged by a different pool each day and spent time at different beaches as well. We probably would’ve needed another week to get to everything. The food is good at all of the little stands you find throughout the resort. The restaurants are pricey, as you’d probably expect, but you’ll definitely enjoy the meal. We can’t wait to come back!

Good , could go back (maybe) . Outdated rooms. Better cleaning needed or once on a while deeeo cleaning suggested (behind furnitures , inside cabinets and closet . Some better training for employees needed. I suggest more friendliness. Lot of walking . Bus lines are between lobbies in the resort . . No transportation in the back of resorts (a lot lot of walking) No local products noted / coffee , water , juices, cheese , etc - nothing is really made in Bahamas . We want support locals !

They didn’t clean the room only once in 3 nights after I asked many times Very aggressive staff with worst hospitality and I have a video how they were very aggressive in the beach scarring our 4 year old child because their inconsistency while dealing with us regarding the seats on the beach (I have a video) No shampoo or shower gel or shower cap and I have to ask for everything many times Very loud noise from the fridge and we couldn’t sleep overnight and they had to disconnect the fridge completely following days I booked high level room and they didn’t give us the room we want I asked double queen and they didn’t give it to us I wouldn’t recommend reef Atlantis to anyone who wants to enjoy his trip I went to the same hotel 13 years ago but unfortunatly the service level is way worse in all ways

We had a nice time staying at the Reef, but were disappointed in the lack of choices for dinner without the necessity of traveling to one of the other three Atlantis locations. I was also very disappointed in the lack of places to shop for souvenirs. I had to pay for a taxi downtown to find proper souvenir shops.

This is an ideal vacation for families. We loved the waterpark, the dolphins, the food options, the staff and ease of getting around all of Atlantis. There was always fun things to do for the kids and adults.

The staff was amazing! So many great dining options and the on-site shuttle to the local marina was a plus. The Reef was clean, quiet, and close to the beautiful beach. It was our second stay there and cannot wait to return.
