I never checked in. They oversold the hotel and moved me to an inferior hotel that I did not want to stay in. Marriott is really awful to their employees for making them have to deal with this directly with the customer. Get your reservation system right or quit being so greedy at the expense of your reputation. I'll have to be desperate to ever stay at Marriott properties. And Hotel.com needs to make this right with me.

The room was spotless and the whole hotel is very chic and clean (even the fitness center). Breakfast was very tasty with a lot of healthy options and inexpensive with wonderful service. It was a very convenient location to the convention center and they even let me check in early since they had a room available 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone. My only small complaint was that the rooms have minimal soundproofing and I was woken in the night from the neighbors at one point. Luckily I am a very good sleeper and was ably to go right back to sleep. Overall it was a very wonderful stay!!!!

Front desk awesome. Need to have free breakfast, but other than that great place. Oh mattresses not my fave but showers are so nice. Good parking for FanX. Close to the Salt Palace.

Did not find the downtown area safe many homeless wandering and approached several times. Really didn’t like the location. Parking outside or garage across the street. No valet or help to bring luggage in and out. Not a lot of dining choices and no one shared any info on it compared to other ac hotels it was just ok. Staff just ok in the evening. Rooms could use some warmth decorations ok.

The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The only problem was the bartender at the bar that serves tapas and drinks in the lobby. He was very arrogant and rude. Terrible service from this guy at night.
