The room was nice, most employees were friendly, I just wish they would have told me ahead of time that the airport shuttle didn’t run until 4:30. I was originally told I could get a 4:00 am but was told this morning he doesn’t even start until 4:30.

The room itself was great. We did however only book here because they offered park and fly for the airport nearby. As we were about to leave on the shuttle they told us we actually couldn’t park on the property because they were fully book. We checked with the clerk at check in and were never told about this. The morning clerk stated they advertise the hotel as park and fly but they actually aren’t. So we had to pay for airport parking as a result.

Great Hotel

Out of the last 4 Best Western Hotels that we stayed in during our family trip to Arizona, this hotel was by far the cleanest room, and most updated room. Front desk help was efficient and dealt with my gift card easily. Pool looked clean and breakfast was ok. We would stay here again!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful on arrival, we like the airport shuttle service, and there are a few more convenience stores, restaurants/bars in the area than last time we were here.

The managers were all super nice, and when the espresso machine got turned off they were kind enough to help us figure out how to turn it back on (can't live without my coffee!). The facility was decent and I was able to get my laundry done!
