We were impressed with the overall accommodations. We wanted a hotel within walking distance to Disney and found it! The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the price for parking; $35.00 daily! Glad we only stayed two nights!

This hotel is far away from being over 4 stars. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever experienced, honestly never seen worse than this. Room service was horrible, every time I asked for something like tissue boxes, or toilet paper… they never showed up. We had to actually go downstairs and ask the front desk, couple times they gave it to us another time they said we will send it to your room but guess what, nobody ever showed up to our room!! So my entire stay was not what I was looking for…

Cabinets and dressers falling apart in room. Lots of room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in review mentions free but it was not. Walking distance to Disney. Loved that the outdoor hot tub was open until midnight. The pool was not heated and very cold. Staff were friendly. Overall, would recommend

We had ants everywhere in our room. I’m our pillows in the dressers literally everywhere. I told the staff the day we were checking out and they told me thank you for making us aware. They didn’t offer to comp anything or any kind of real questions on how it affected us or our stay.

Clean room. The king studio suite was nice and spacious with a great layout. The sliding bathroom door was the only slight annoyance but not a big deal. About a 15 minute walk to Disneyland.
