Great Place

The location and hotel is perfect for our needs. All interaction with the hotel staff has been met with professional friendliness. Our room is comfortable and clean.

Don’t recommend.

Hotel was very dirty, doesn’t look like it has been vacuumed in a while, hot tub was out of service though nothing said that prior to our stay. Ceiling is coming off in chunks in the pool area. Reality is nothing like the pictures. Wish we hadn’t spent money on this hotel. Will not be staying there again.

Extremely pleased guest

Heather greeted us upon arrival and took our payment and paper work. We did not see our room for five hours as we were busy north of the hotel. We entered our room and were pleasantly surprised. The room was just right for the two of us with queen-size beds. The room was clean. We couldn’t get the TV to cast from our phones or iPads. Every employee of the hotel that we met was very accommodating. Breakfast was amazing! We’ve been to varying upscale hotels and this breakfast is the best by far! The shower was wonderful, best ever in all of my hotel stays. Water was hot from the start and had a good, strong spray. The toiletries were good quality and shelter great. Overall I would choose staying here every time I’m in the area!

It shows its age. Common areas have had some touching-up, but hallways and rooms were probably very nice 20 years ago. The pool was not warm enough to use and the hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was standard.

Friendly comfort

Just a weekend get away with the kids, to the car show and shopping. The lady at the front for check-in was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and everything was nice and quiet. We didn't get down in time for breakfast but it smelled delicious.
