Room was good. Enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet location. Easy onto Rt. 15, one block away. Breakfast needs improvement for non carb eaters. ALL carbs. Not enough fruit. Need more protein and non sugar choices. We would stay again.

The man working this morning was especially friendly and accommodating. The lady that checked me in yesterday could work on her costumer service skills. My mother and I stayed in the Queen suite & the "bedroom" itself was clean but it was freezing when we got there and took hours to warm it up. The beds were comfy and had clean sheets. Parking easy and felt safe. However....... I may have given more stars but there was an issue was the bathtub. It wasn't draining at all and I noticed a bunch of nasty hair in the tub. I put a bag over my hand and pulled a giant hairball out of the drain. (Uploaded photos on Google review, it wouldn't let me upload anything here).It was so disgusting & smelled horrible so I took the hairball down to the front desk and showed the man what I had fished out. Nothing was done about it. No offer to clean the tub, not even an apology. I prepaid for my room but I was still required an additional deposit upon arrival which is something I'd never encountered before so overall I doubt we'll be staying there again.

We stay here all the time. It’s close to the freeway and so convenient. The price is reasonable and the beds are comfy. This particular visit the staff was even more helpful and accommodating. My husband had surgery and the let us check out late. They got us extra pillows and were so kind. I also like that the hotel smells good all the time and is clean.

Check in well and smooth. Enough entrances that wherever you parked, distance was not a problem. The room was really clean I loved the tea options with the in room coffee. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast had enough options for my family. There was was an attendant who was really kind that made sure everything was refilled when needed. We appreciated her.
