I was charged a deposit same amount as the room, my toilet did not flush and he would move me rooms, not even a discount for having to leave to go across the street to use the restroom. The people upstairs from me where so loud up until 3am and I could bring and food in the room due to a aunt probably is what i was told

Myself as well as Expedia have been trying very hard to get a hold of someone at your hotel to inform them back on Monday that I fallen ill due to internal bleeding and cannot travel inn this severe condition so we have repeatedly tried to acquire credit so that once I am healed I can resume my travels to Utah and to stay at your location again as I was treated very well the last time I stayed there and wanted to make your location my primary hotel to stay in Utah several times a year. But because no one would answer our requests I cannot give your location ac review benders I never arrived there. I found this lack of communication very unprofessional, especially when you have a loyal guest that wants to stay at your hotel. I don’t need a refund . I would like credit so once I’m healed I can resume my business travel to your state. Maybe you can be of assistance to me. Please do reach out. Thank you so much. Tim

Claimed to be non smoking but most the property smelled like someone had been smoking particularly in the lobby, room had chunks missing in the wall along the floor, we were locked out of our room for about 30 minutes due to our keys not being set up properly, but other than that it was fine.

The front desk staff was amazing. Friendly kind and helpful. The suggested an amazing restaurant, let us check in an hour early and the building was clean and well maintained
