Carpet in the elevator was dirty, slow elecator only one. Me and my kids got bug bite the next day, i mentioned to the front desk staff they have assured that they’ll have housekeeping check. I showed her the bites i got. She apologized and said she wish she could take care off something but since it was booked through expedia, she couldnt do anythinf. I told her that I’m reporting so other people dont go through the same experience. We stayed in 303

I booked this for our son and his family as they are moving and was told there was a place for him to park the U-Haul pulling a car, but there was not and then they were charged $7 to park their vehicle. A refund of that charge would bee appreciated.

The staff were very nice and I want to make sure I say that from the start. However, at about 130 in the morning, we heard what sounded like rushing water to find out that our sink backed up and honestly it kind of smell like sewage and it was super dark and nasty and our floor that was right in line with the sink was all wet and it smelled and our other sink to the left look like it had been plugged up with clean water and so we had to get a room switch which they did and then that room wouldn’t work because the lock was messed up, which was not necessarily the front person‘s fault and they were super helpful and then we did finally get another room and it was super inconvenient however, we are appreciative that they did that for us. Their continental breakfast was definitely nice. We have stayed there before and it wasn’t bad. I just think that it’s fair to let people know what could happen and it turns out we weren’t the only ones with piping issues

Great amenities and airport shuttle. There was a gross sticky spot on the couch that I didn’t notice until I got up and felt on my leg. Would still stay at this hotel despite the one spot.
