we were informed upon check in that our room wouldn’t be ready until 8pm as the people in the room had arranged a 6pm check out time. very disruptive to our plans as we had planned to check in at 4pm and get ready for 7pm dinner. also the pool was very cold and no one was using it so the hot tub was full of kids. will think twice before staying at a hilton in the future
