Repeat stay

This is our 3rd repeat stay, Greated with a smile. Room very clean, bed comfortable, amenities good, pool clean, hot tub out of order but wasn't a bad thing. Hot breakfast always good and pets welcomed. We always pick up after our pet, sad others don't see the need to even though there is a pet waste station right there. We will be booking there again in the near future.

Breakfast was so amazing! Clean, large rooms, well kept. So much construction around them property it was hard to find. Also the directions link on the website was wrong and took us to an apartment complex about half mile down the road. Otherwise, stay was great.

As autistic travelers we have specific needs and the hotel staff were so gracious and willing to help. The property was relatively quiet with helpful solutions with regards to the heater in the room. The hotel provided additional directions to access the hotel. We wanted extra privacy so opted out of regular maid service but received supplies as we requested them promptly. There were several choices for communicating with staff, either by phone or text. We appreciated the cleanliness and quiet of the hotel and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff who made us feel welcome and at ease. FYI: When you get your room key that says it is “time to let me go and use your phone as a room key” they don’t mean you have to do it right now on the spot. You can still use the plastic key if you want to.

Standout Stay

This location was clean, safe and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. Although close to the freeway, we couldn’t hear the traffic. The breakfast accommodated everyone in our family. Kerri made our morning even brighter! The pool area is bright and fun for children. We recommend staying here!
