Took away a star due to no freezer and poor refrigeration in the room. Had counted on refreezing ice packs for the cooler. Refrigerator was just a cooling drawer and not enough room to keep food wine and beer.

I was really impressed with the quality of this hotel. The front desk offered me a room upgrade for $20 into a high tower room. It was gorgeous! It even had a balcony. The only problem was the sinks in the bathroom backed up. I was running the water in one and they both backed up. It was stinky and gross, so they switched my room very quickly. The other issue I had was a group of guests were having a huge loud party after 1:30 in the morning. Security had to be called to shut it down. Why would you have a party in a hotel room that late? Not the hotel’s fault but it is ridiculous that guests feel this is ok. My floor was not the only victim. When I was checking out, another guest was requesting a room change because the guests on her floor were also having a party. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful and the amenities are very nice. I will stay again. Hopefully the guests will be a little less rowdy. Otherwise, I may view this hotel like I view Carnival Cruise lines- drunk ship - and avoid it. I gave it 3 stars for the sink maintenance and the disruptive guests.

The rooms beautiful, the restaurants good, the service in bar and restaurants great. I would've given 5 stars but felt when checking in they were trying to con us to upgrade. We didn't bite, but I was so disappointed a place like this would do that.

Little America is a great hotel to stay in. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I gave the facilities 4 stars only because the bathtub filled up while taking a shower. But, other than that, everything was well maintained and the property is beautiful.

Two pools are very nice, and they stay open late. Great part of town, right in the mix, will stay next time I come into town. Very easy to park, and I liked how open it was.
