The staff at this property went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about this property. The TV in my room was not working, and the maintenance man went above and beyond, and even helped me move all of my belongings to a new room. The front desk staff went above and beyond as well. I wish that I had gotten all of the names of the front desk staff because they were wonderful. I will definitely be back to stay at this property. And don’t forget to try the restaurant it’s wonderful. They also have two very lovely gift shops and the ladies that were working were so sweet and attentive.

The light in my room kept flickering, and it took several attempts for staff to fix it. On top of that, my room key repeatedly stopped working, leaving me unable to access the elevator or my room.I spent most of my trip going back and forth to the lobby to get new keys. I paid $18 for parking but got lockedout repeatedly. When maintenance arrived to let me in, the employee immediately questioned whether I was the registered guest. He walked in abruptly and demanded proof that the room was actually mine. The way he spoke to me and treated me was humiliating, and the entire experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable.

Love this hotel and the spacious tower rooms. It’s always a great place to stay! So convenient to Trax and a wonderful coffee shop on site. The only glitches were one of the 2 rooms weren’t ready at check in. It took about 90 minutes past that to get the second room. Then we had keys that weren’t working properly. So we had to go to the front desk 3x and still had a key that wouldn’t work. Other than that, it was a great stay!
