We rented 3 rooms. The first one wasn’t cleaned. The second one had a plugged toilet (manager gave us a plunger though). The 3rd one had an almost used up roll of TP, (and no backup), and 2 bath towels, but no hand towels or wash cloths.

The showers are really nice. Nearby Orange Theory, Barnes and Noble, Target, and Home Depot and Starbucks in Target. There is also an ice cream store nearby. Other restaurants are close but usually don't frequent them.

The building and the staff at Main Stays worked great for our needs! Salt Lake City was a short stop on our road trip, and Main Stays offered a clean and spacious room for the night before we set out to the next State the following day. As other reviews mentioned, the hallways do smell heavily of dog urine and the building itself could use some attention like new carpeting and paint. The staff at Main Stays were awesome! Our checkin and checkout was super fast while still having great interactions with everyone on the Main Stays staff from front desk to housekeeping.

Motel/Hotel Chains Going With The Wind!!!

Love Roaches?! Hooker?! Love poor WiFi service?! Love inappropriately placed mentally ill children with a single parent placed in a room directly above yours; then not being able to rest, because of their brain damaged child flipping out all day & night long, then step right up, this peachy delight is meant for you!

The hotel smelled real funky and when we first got in the elevator smelled like pot. Our bathroom had pee and toilet paper in it which made me question how clean the rest of the room is. Also there were just trash cans in the hallway where a leak in the ceiling was. The parking lot also had a massive pot hole right by the front doors. Probably the only decent part of this hotel was the attendant, she was very nice and treated us like guests.

It sounded like people were throwing furniture around right above, literally shaking the building, until 3am after I called the front desk twice, and they started again in the morning! Barely slept. The sign in the room showed checkout to be noon, so I thought I could get a little sleep and then work in the morning, but 11 am, staff was banging on the door telling me to leave. I showed the sign on the door and was rudely told that their policies changed, even though the sign clearly stated noon. I explained that I got no sleep due to the incredible noise, and instead of apologizing for the noise preventing me from sleeping and the inconvenience, and allowing me to stay to finish my work until the stated time of noon, she rudely told me I needed to be out by 11:30. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I would have given a great rating had it not been for these experiences. I called the front desk twice due to the noise and it took well over an hour for it to stop and only for a short time, the noise resumed a couple of hours later.
