Where do I start - I booked 5 rooms for 3 days, I booked this hotel because it had a pool. However, once the cancellation time was up I received a text message telling me your pool is under contraction and not available. Too late to cancel so stayed here anyway. The temp in several of the rooms would not stay at the temp we would set on thermostat it was like the thing had mind of its own so I was always hot and uncomfortable! We tried to eat breakfast in the restaurant one day and it was honestly the worst service I have had in a very long time. This is my forth year attending FENCETECH and the absolute worst hotel experience yet! Just thought you would like to know!! Thanks
