Happened to be a soccer tournament the weekend we stayed. Super noisy in lobby, pizza boxes scattered about. Not so much the fault of the hotel, other than their allowing ignorant self entitled parents to treat the hotel like their own personal space

I enjoyed how close everything was for walking distance, I was disappointed that the pool and spa was not working that it was closed we were looking forward to using it. But other than that everything was great being able to go down for dining and drinks was nice and convenient we would visit again but hopefully the next time the pool and spa will be in working order. The service and staff was great we enjoyed our stay we had a great time the bedrooms were also great and the beds were so comfortable it was nice and cool inside of our rooms thank you keep up the good work and the rooms were very clean and neat and the restaurant and bar was great and breakfast was very delicious the drinks were also very good.

We arrived late at this location to check in. The door was locked. You had to have a key to get it in. I had ring the doorbell several times. It was not until well after a second person with no key showed up that we were let in to register. We had driven a long way. We used the restroom off the lobby. It was dirty. I made a reservation for king room 4 months in advance. My wife and I took a double room. The shower was dirty. My wife had to clean the hair out of the bottom of the shower. Before we used the shower. The bright spot was room service. Breakfast was delivered quickly and arrived warm.

First, let me say the employees we dealt with were very good. The biggest issue was when booking it said there was an indoor pool and hot tub. Including pictures. This was a huge criteria for booking. When our party was ready to go find the pool and hot tub we couldn’t find where it was we went to the front desk to ask how to get to it and they informed us it’s been closed for over a year!! I could understand a month and the information not being updated, but not a year! Also the toilet ran all night long, by the time we realized it and heard it, it was late and we were in bed. We figured it would take forever at that time of night to get a maintenance person and we were all in out bed clothes. Very disappointed, a huge part of our plans weren’t able to happen because there is no pool and hot tub!
