The air conditioner wouldn't go below 74 the first night, we were sweating. 2nd night it finally kicked in to be cool. There is no window you can open for fresh air. Our view was massive bird poop on the deck. I understand its an old boutique hotel, which I love, but for the daily room rate, those amenities should be fixed and including view from window should be cleaned. Dont open the drapes to look outside I guess.
