Hotel staff were really helpful and so friendly. Family room was plenty big enough and the buffet breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice. We also had a lunch and evening meal at the restaurant during our stay and again excellent. Good location, only 2 minute walk to river and 15 minute walk to old town

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Location was great for day trips to surrounding attractions and convenient to train station, just 10 minute walk. Reception was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions based on my queries about the area and travel destinations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again myself.

This is a good hotel, especially for the price. It’s a 10 minute walk from central station, 5 minute walk to Mirabelle Gardens, 15-20 minute walk to Old town. There are taxis & Uber readily available if you don’t want to walk. The staff is nice. Rooms are great, especially for European standards. It was huge, clean, comfortable! The breakfast was good & dinner at the restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very spacious and quiet. It was very close to Mirabella palace. From train station to hotel was 7-8 minutes walk on flat level. Hotel is also very close to old and new town. All staff at the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. The lady that checked us in on October 19 was super helpful. She gave us a lot of tips on where to go and how to spend our time on Sunday when most shops in old town were closed. Thank you very much for her insightful advice. Kudos to the server for our morning breakfast. He is always polite and very attentive to our needs.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They answered every question we had and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. We were even allowed to check in earlier than expected, which was a big help after our trip. Everything was handled with great kindness and professionalism — truly fantastic service!
