I stayed here with my family for two nights. The room was spacious and came with a balcony and two bathrooms, which was convenient. Most of the staff were friendly. However, the hygiene and maintenance were disappointing. One of the tumblers provided was dirty, and only two were supplied despite the room being advertised for 3-4 guests. There was no kettle or refrigerator in the room. The radiators and one of the lamps were not working, and the hand wash and body wash were incorrectly placed. The coating on the shower head was peeling, which could potentially cause injury. Breakfast was not included and required an additional payment.

The morning receptionist is super friendly and nice, the hotel is convenient with delicious tap water, it has a nice environment or neighborhood, it’s close to the city center after walking under cute tunnel, nice pop culture decors, etc. Mght come back here on my next trip in 5 years.

Easy walk to old town. Multiple food options And shopping if thats your thing. Just cross the road walk through the tunnel and your in the thick of it, thats if you can drag yourself away from the Vietnamese food hut at the entrance to the tunnel.

This hotel served it's purpose for our time in Salzburg. There were not a lot of amenities. No fridge or coffee in the room and the coffee machine and other vending machine in the lobby were broken. Basically it was a nice little patio and place to sleep within walking distance to the city. No bells or whistles.

Average lodging overall, it worked for short stay. Hall wayvin the Expeess (pink) building was a bit run-down. No air conditioning but glad the windows open. About 10-15 minutes into the main tourist area, otherwise not much around, pretty quiet.

It was shocking, from the arrogant reception staff who had a sarcastic answer to all questions, to the dirty batchroom with old pube hair, to a matress thats so worn out it feels like sleeping on a boat. Will definitely not visit again.

Nice spot!

It was a great spot. The room was very clean and cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Just a few minutes walk to the center. Only complain is that there is no A/C but other than that it’s a nice spot.

Although the room was adequate and met our needs in most areas the overall impression was that the property was 'tired'. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was kept very clean. It would have enhanced the room if hot beverage making facilities were available especially as the machine in the foyer was out of order. Transport was close at hand providing very regular service meeting our needs. Overall, we had a successful visit to Salzburg.
