The reception staff were polite and extremely helpful. The kingsize room was excellent. Clean and with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good, a wide variety of food options available, and clear information advising when the busiest times are incase you wanted to avoid them. The hotel was central with easy access to the MRT stations, shops etc. We downloaded the Comfort taxi app and had no trouble getting taxis to and from the hotel if we were going further afield. I would happily visit again, and would recommend the hotel.

Nice, convenient and good facilities

Nice hotel close to Orchard Rd and two MRT stations, so centrally and conveniently located. Staff were professional and friendly. The pool and gym facilities were highlights, as was access to the Executive Lounge due to the premium room booking. It missed out on 5 stars as the property is getting a little old and tired and is probably due for a refurbishment soon.

Excellent access to Orchard Centre for shopping and access to the MRT. While the onsite restaurants are limited, there is an excellent assortment of restaurants and outlets across the street with a variety of food choices. All staff were pleasant, responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Orchard city centre. All the staff were friendly from the room attendants to the Checking in staff, the concierge right down to the pool attendant. Breakfast was convenient and good value. We highly recommend it.

Not awful but not great either

It’s really convenient in terms of location. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated and ours smelled musty - really unpleasant. It’s a shame as the rest of the hotel looked rather lovely! The pool area was great and the kids really enjoyed that. I’d not stay here again just due to the smell and the dated bathroom with shower over bath.
