The place was decent for the price. Before arriving, we communicated about a 2:00PM check in time. We arrived around 2:15PM to the place and the cleaners were still there. Upon entering, there were two children and a cleaner still there. Towels were in the dryer, which wasn’t a big deal. The whole place was decently clean besides finding a Kleenex under the bed and some random plastic lying around. We didn’t have enough toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags for the week. The host was great about communicating the power outages and helping us get access to more paper towels, TP and trash bags. Neighborhood was quiet for the city! Occasional dog barking and car. Backyard was great for the kids to run around and not have to worry about traffic. Overall a great stay in San Antonio and our trip shaped up well thanks to our host! Thank you again for having us!

IWe stayed here for Thanksgiving 2025. The property is clean and in good condition for hosting. The kitchen is well-stocked to host; the only thing we couldnt find was collander/strainer. The garbage can step was still broken at our arrival.The layout is family-friendly, but the sectionals are on the smaller side. Also note the game table is a kid-friendly size, and not full size. This is a bare bones property...no decor or anything on the walls, nowhere to put your luggage, etc.. The backyard is a good size and we enjoyed the outdoor projector.The host's communication is absolutely amazing and extremely prompt. 10/10 for that.

We stayed at this property in early August during our family vacation to San Antonio. The home is located in a nice, quiet community and had plenty of beds and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate our large group. The host was very responsive and communicative — even replying to our messages at midnight, which we truly appreciated. The property was clean and well-maintained overall.However, there were a few issues we wanted to bring to the host’s attention:1) The step-on mechanisms for the trash cans in the kitchen and bathrooms were broken.2) The shower door handle in the master bathroom was broken.3) One of the bedsheets was dirty upon arrival.Addressing them would improve the overall experience for future guests.
