We dis not stay. We were in the room 10 minutes and dwcided we would rather drive home 5 hours than stay in that room. There was hair in the shower and arond the toilet, crumbs on the floor, cobwebs inbthe window area and trash in the floor under the AC. After complaining to the front desk, theybrefused to give us a refund since we were in the room 11 minutes and didnt come down immediatly. 3rd floor. It took us a few minutes to use the elevator. DO NOT STAY HERE

A bit disappointed with the property. While the outside looks great, the inside is not up to date. The room and hallways have an odor, probably from the air conditioning units. It appears the hotel's solution was to put plug-in air freshners that only masked the smell. After a while, the strong scent from these freshners started giving me a headache. The towels and linens are definitely used and should probably be replaced with newer ones. Many of the bed linens had stains and the bath towels were coming apart at the seams. I stayed for three nights and room service never came in to make the bed or restock the room. When I asked why, they said they only had two housekeepers on staff who came in for a few hours during the day and couldn't get to all the rooms. Breakfast options were ok. Waffle maker and fresh fruit were available so I was happy about that. Overall, if it were me, I would stay at another place that is cleaner and more updated.

This property needs Best Western to step in or to pull their name. All staff I dealt with except one house keeper were amazing. I was frustrated with check in. But the front desk man was still very nice. I was told I would need to give a 100$ deposit. Is that because the area is terrible and not great people stay or is this a new Best Western policy? The property is starting to show its age. Air freshener in room is a huge red flag for me. Over all I trusted the name but it wasn’t the usual Best Western I am used to. Breakfast was typical but area was clean and food was hot. Woman working breakfast was attentive and present. I didn’t enjoy the amount of workers there just a personal thing. After work they like to drink and be loud. Not something I want my children around. I would have been happier had it cost 100$ a night.

Well first off, when I went to check in, there was about five Mexican guys sitting in the lobby with a 30 pack of beer sitting on the coffee table.. The coffee maker started smoking in our room when we tried to make coffee, so our room smelt burnt the whole time. There was a bag around the smoke detector… and the guy started putting breakfast away at 9! I had made my daughter a waffle and cut it up and went back to make myself one and he had already put them away!!! The hallway carpets were all stained.. It was an interesting trip. Lol

Needs Some Improvement

Our rooms were nice. The issue I had with my bathroom was that it had a paper towel stuffed in the bathroom drain. They didn't clean our room. The front desk apologized and gave us clean towels. I loved being able to log into my apps for entertainment. It didn't seem like there was much breakfast available. French fries were the breakfast potatoes. The elevator made weird & loud noises.
