Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The room was clean and spacious, with full-size bottles of shampoo, body soap, and conditioner. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the self-parking garage and conveniently close to many restaurants, making it a great choice for families. The only downside was the mattress quality—it felt thin and lumpy. I only stayed for one night, it wasn’t a major issue. Another minor inconvenience was that our room keys didn’t work initially, requiring a trip back to the front desk to resolve. Overall, a pleasant stay with great amenities and a convenient location.

The property was very nice and the entire staff were very helpful. Will definitely be back . The only thing I didn't like was that the next door room had a dog and was crying around 1am-2am . Didn't get a good night sleep on Saturday night. Plus we were checking out Sunday morning.

My family and I stayed at this property for weekend to visit the Alamo, river walk. The hotel is beautiful, clean and convenient to walk to alamo, san fernando cathedral and more. I normally dont put a negative comment but the front desk staff were not friendly and attentive with guests. I was ignored multiple times by front desk staff. I was in hospitality industry for 18 yrs and i never ignored guests. I was disappointed with that situation. Other than that the rest of the staff where friendly and professional.

The property was nice, close to the Riverwalk and a church. It was safe, a lot of poor folks sleeping in cracks and corners near the hotel entrance. I did not like the size of the room, a closet didn’t exists, it was a tiny open area with 5 hangers. There were only two small drawers. No room to store luggage or shopping bags.

We got a room without a window and there was construction around building. Expedia didn’t help and hotel eventually helped us move rooms. Expedia has still not managed to update our corporate invoicing for paperwork with booking.
