This property is tucked away in a nice, quiet area. The staff was very accommodating and very pleasantly. I booked a suite but was given a handicapped room. However, I couldn't complain because I definitely had more than enough space.

Property is nice but someone put soap in the hot tub and property management said it was just how it works, no steps taken to clean. After I showered there was some water on the floor, I wiped the water up with a small hand towel and the towel was black from the floor. No noise blocking in the room…kids running down the hallways was loud enough to echo into the room.

The room felt like it was not very clean, we went for a soccer tournament for my daughter and in the bathroom we found nail clippings on the counter. Other parents who also stayed there from the team said they had blankets that smelled like pee. We were on the first floor and it was pretty loud in the afternoon/night time that we were there. We stayed for a couple of nights but sadly I would not book a room there again. Also when we checked in the person up front I felt like was sort of rude, like literally throwing my ID and card back at me.

The pool was warmer than the hot tub, which we loved. Breakfast was great w attentive staff up till 9:30. Convenient location by all the shopping centers and stores. Few mins from downtown, SeaWorld, natural caverns..would stay here again

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. Their welcoming smiles and willingness to assist with any requests set the tone for our entire stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive. Our room was spotless, with fresh linens and a lovely aroma that made it feel inviting. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the common areas as well, ensuring everything was tidy and well-kept throughout our visit. One of the best aspects of Comfort Suites Medical Center is its location. It’s conveniently situated near several family-friendly attractions, including an exciting amusement park, a charming zoo, and a vibrant children’s museum. We loved being able to walk to these places, which made our family outings stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel also offers a fantastic breakfast each morning, with a variety of options that pleased both adults and kids alike.
